SURVEY FOR SELECTING A LEARNING OPTION FOR 2020-2021

Veritas Parents/Guardians: All Veritas scholars will start the school year with virtual classes on August 31. However, when the community health status allows in-person schooling, you will have the option of selecting at-home, virtual learning or at-school, in-person learning. Please complete the Sign-Up Form to indicate your choice for Fall 2020.
